This is for experienced investigation teams and is priced at $60.00 per person for a minimum of ten people (i.e., the event will cost you $600.00 minimum). Each participant above the ten minimum is an additional $60.00. Your team can consist of up to twenty participants. St Albans Sanatorium requires each participant to be at least 18 years of age (photo ID is required at check-in). You’re NOT required to purchase individual liability insurance.
Investigations begin at 8:00 p.m. and conclude at 4:00 a.m. Each participant is required to complete a Registration Form / Liability Waiver prior to entering the building. Once each participant has read and signed the Registration Form / Liability Waiver your team is given a guided tour of the facility. Upon completion of the tour you’re released to begin the investigation. Registration begins at 7:00 pm.
There is a $200 required deposit to reserve your date at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be received 3 weeks prior to the investigation date unless otherwise agreed upon with administration to avoid the possibility of losing your selected date.
