Private Paranormal Investigations at St Albans
This is for experienced investigation teams and is priced at $60.00 per person for a minimum of ten people (i.e., the event will cost you $600.00 minimum). Each participant above the ten minimum is an additional $60.00. Your team can consist of up to twenty participants. St Albans Sanatorium requires each participant to be at least 18 years of age (photo ID is required at check-in). You’re NOT required to purchase individual liability insurance.
Investigations begin at 8:00 p.m. and conclude at 4:00 a.m. Each participant is required to complete a Registration Form / Liability Waiver prior to entering the building. Once each participant has read and signed the Registration Form / Liability Waiver your team is given a guided tour of the facility. Upon completion of the tour you’re released to begin the investigation. Registration begins at 7:00pm.
To purchase an investigation please select an available date from the calendar and then email email@example.com. You’ll be sent an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of $200.00. All investigations must be paid in full at least 3 weeks before the scheduled date.
